The time is finally here for our annual big adventure. This year has been a bit of a rocky road with moving, leaving Mission Inn and some family health issues; but we’re here!
We’re heading to Seattle with a cruise to Alaska on the Celebrity Solstice. Chuck and my sister in law Judy have been planning this for about a year and a half.
Yes, while we usually travel alone; this time we are traveling with my siblings – my sister (Beth), brother (Stephen) and his wife Judy!
Yesterday, I arrived in Seattle ahead of all of them flying in from Philly; including Chuck who was in NJ spending time with his mom and family and ironically was on their flight.
Once arriving I checked in to our hotel, and took the Light Rail ( amazing and easy to navigate) downtown to Pike Place Market….
